To fit the ear, Their is a retaining black 'O' Ring on the body of the Tunnel -look at the image - remove this, slip the tunnel on and replace the retaining 'O' Ring to keep it in once in the ear.

Available in 12 different Thickness/Tunnel Diameter - 8mm,  10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 28mm, 30mm
