Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by credit cards through Paypal. This ensures that we store none of you credit card information and also ensures that your payment is made in a fully secure environment. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Ring Sizes
We always keep a good range of ring sizes in stock but obviously it is impossible to keep all ring sizes, all of the time as we sell out from time to time. We will endeavour to match your ring size and we do state on each page that we will get as close as possible so that if you have to take your ring to a local jewellers to have it re-sized it is not a difficult job for them. Shipping And Handling
We aim to ship all items within 7 to 14 days of receiving an order.  It is often much sooner than that but sometimes we are away at Festivals with the stock and have to return to base to process our orders. Our normal postage days are Wednesday and Thursday and as we normally send by special delivery you should receive your item on either a Thursday, Friday or Saturday Morning (depending on your local postal service).

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days but as stated above this will depend on the Festival timetable . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. The price you see is what you pay - we do not add any taxes on at the checkout. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
We use Paypal to process our credit card transactions which are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.
